i started the upper half with the bottles, covered everything, except for a small stripe and mailed it to bernard.
then bernard finished the lower part.

ok, my first critique... I'll give my best

i think it's a great concept to do such a collaboration in which the one part doesn't know what the other one did. in so doing imaginative and novel artwork can be created, though the idea isn't new but so typical for surrealists.

the drawing technique is almost perfect, but there are some parts that could be better, e.g. some of the water splashers just doesn't look so convincing (i know, it's the most difficult part) but at the "emersion point" the water seems very real and dynamic!

are those cracks in the wall neccesary? they bother me a little bit, but maybe without them something would be missing. they kind of stabilize the compostion.

the perspective breaks up in the middle because it's completly different in both halfs. that appears irritating, but adds suspense to the drawing just like that well balancend contrast.
